1. Program Change Policy Due to Weather Conditions

All island visits and boat tours are subject to weather and sea conditions. In the event of adverse conditions, we reserve the right to alter or cancel trips for safety reasons.

2. Check-in

Passengers must check in 30 minutes before departure. Failure to arrive on time may result in the loss of the ticket without a refund.

3. Booking Requirements

At the time of booking, please confirm if you require:

• A vegetarian menu (for barbecue tours).

• Any special dietary restrictions or accessibility needs.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations or changes can be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

• In case of cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions or safety concerns, passengers will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

5. Fishing Trips – License Requirement

• A fishing license is mandatory for all participants 16 years and older.

• Passengers must bring valid identification to obtain the fishing license (a clear photo of the original document is acceptable).

• Without proper identification, we will not be able to issue the fishing license, and participation in the trip will not be possible.

6. Safety & Liability

• All passengers must follow the crew’s safety instructions at all times.

• We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.

• The company reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger under the influence of alcohol or behaving in a disruptive manner.

7. General Conditions

• Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified.
